In our operations, we are committed to acting responsibly, not only in the way we engage with our clients, but also in supporting our employees, managing our impact on the environment, contributing to the communities in which we work and ensuring we conduct ourselves fairly.
We are dedicated to having a positive impact in everything we do, and we have been doing this since our formation nearly 40 years ago. We have always had a strong social focus, and today we strive to be rated a Top 100 UK employer. Our policies, such as our Diversity and Inclusion Policy and our voluntary Gender Pay Gap Reporting, help ensure that we hire the best people for any role and that we reward staff accordingly. Similarly, our Fuelling Ambition initiative supports personal and professional development to enhance career progression. We also have a team of Mental Health advisors across the business. Recent awards such as ‘One to Watch’ in the annual Best Companies to Work for Surveys in 2019 and 2020, show how these policies are working.
We are also conscious of our Environmental impact, and are proud to have implemented initiatives to reduce our Carbon Footprint, which has resulted in a Level 3 Award from Green Mark for our London office. We want to build on this, and have formed an Environmental Committee, which leads the charge on reducing our environmental impact.
Our Governance policies also ensure that we aim to conduct ourselves in the best way possible. From comprehensive internal training for anti-bribery and anti-corruption, to an independent remuneration committee, we are pro-actively ensuring that we behave ethically. We also have systems in place to ensure we monitor and excel in the quality of our services and of our internal governance, such as ISO standards.
We believe, as a business and as individuals, that we have a responsibility to consider, and improve, the Environmental, Social and Governance impacts of our company. That is why we are working hard on strengthening our policies further to ensure we are making a positive contribution to the world around us.
